｜A/B/C 三類工作許可如何申請？ ｜

A類申請條件
A類工作許可標準：
1）最為常見即達到以下薪資標準的高薪酬外國人：
工資性年收入需達到60萬元人民幣以上，且年繳納個人所得稅達到12萬元人民幣以上
2）外國人本人或者聘用外國人的公司達到以下任何條件之一則確定為A類：
A1 - 中國各地政府特別引進的外國人才計劃或者榮譽
A2 - 外國人個人曾獲得過國際專業獎項
A3 - 聘用外國人公司達到一定標準的
A4 - 外國人在本地創新創業的
A5 - 外國超高學歷人才
A6 - 根據《積分要素計分賦值表》計算計點積分大於85分
Class A work permit standards:
1) The most common is high-paying foreigners who meet the following salary standards:
Wage annual income needs to reach more than 600,000 yuan, and annual personal income tax to pay more than 120,000 yuan
2) The alien himself or the company employing the alien meets any of the following conditions and is determined to be class A:
A1 - Foreign talent programs or honors specially introduced by governments throughout China
A2 - Individual foreigners have received international professional awards
A3 - Hire a foreign company to meet certain standards
A4 - Foreigners are innovative and entrepreneurial in the local area
A5 - Foreign ultra-highly educated personnel
A6 - Points are calculated to be greater than 85 points based on the Integral Elements Score Assignment Table

B類申請條件
B1 - 外國人有學士學位，以及學士學位畢業後2年全職相關工作經驗
B2 - 外國藍領技術工人（持有國際通用職業技能資格證書的）有2年全職相關工作經驗並且平均工資收入不低於本地區上年度社會平均工資收入4 倍的外籍人才（以上海為例，月薪大於等於26100元，政府機關下一年度會檢查外國人個人所得稅稅單）
B3 - 外國語言教學人員。外國語言教學人員應從事其母語國語言教學，並取得大學學士及以上學位且具有2年以上語言教學工作經歷。其中，取得教育類、語言類或師範類學士及以上學位的，或取得所在國教師資格證書或取得符合要求的國籍語言教學證書的（如公認的TEFL 或TESOL證書，則可以免除2年以上語言教學工作經歷的要求）
B4 - 外國人綜合評定超過60分
B1 - Foreigners have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of full-time work experience after graduation
B2 - Foreign blue-collar skilled workers (who hold international vocational skills qualification certificate) have 2 years of full-time relevant work experience and average wage income is not less than 4 times the average social wage income of the region in the previous year ( in Shanghai, for example, the monthly salary is greater than or equal to 26,100 yuan, the government agency will check the personal income tax bill for foreigners next year)
B3 - Foreign Chinese teaching staff. Foreign Chinese teaching staff should engage in their mother tongue Chinese language teaching, and obtain a bachelor's degree and above university degree and have more than 2 years of language teaching experience. Among them, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree in education, language or teacher training or above, or who have obtained a certificate of qualification for teachers in the host country or a certificate of national language teaching that meets the requirements (such as a recognized TEFL or TESOL certificate, may be exempted from the requirements of more than 2 years of language teaching experience)
B4 - Foreigners are rated at more than 60 points

C類申請條件
C1、外國人在上海學習並獲得學士或更高的文憑。
C2、外國人在中國學習並獲得碩士或更高的文憑（平均成績不低於80分/100分，或者B+/B以上，畢業於中國任何大學且畢業1年之內）。
C3、法國千人實習計劃實習生（6個月短期實習）
C1. Foreigners study in Shanghai and obtain a bachelor's degree or higher.
C2. Foreigners studying in China and obtaining a master's degree or higher (average score is not less than 80/100 points, or B/B or more, graduated from any university in China and within 1 year of graduation).
C3, French thousand internship program interns (6 months short-term internship)
