- 代表申請企業簽署申請表格人士的有效香港身份證 (HKID Card) 或護照 (Passport) 副本
- 首次申請首期撥款的香港中小企業，會需要一式兩份已簽署好的資助協議
- 繳付各項申報資助的開支收據正本或已經核證的副本、發票、報價單、合同等的副本，主要必須能顯示發出機構的詳細聯絡資料，收據、文件上顯示的付款人名稱和申請企業名稱必須完全相同
